Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all use of GPT Image2, including prompts, uploads, outputs, metadata, and any other content you submit, generate, share, or distribute through the Service.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to generate, upload, request, promote, or distribute content in the following categories:

• Pornographic or NSFW sexual content, including explicit sexual acts, sexualized nudity, or sexual content intended for adult entertainment.
• Violence or gore, including graphic injury, dismemberment, torture, or other highly graphic depictions of harm.
• Hate speech or harassment, including degrading, abusive, extremist, or dehumanizing content targeting protected groups or individuals.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child unsafe sexualized content, including any sexualized depiction of minors or content that exploits children.
• Deepfakes or impersonation, including non-consensual likeness misuse, deceptive identity manipulation, or fraud involving a real person.
• Copyright or trademark infringement, including unauthorized use of protected characters, brands, logos, artworks, or other protected content.

We may also restrict other content that is illegal, dangerous, deceptive, or inconsistent with platform safety requirements.

3. Reporting Violations

If you believe content on GPT Image2 violates this AUP, you can report it to:

Please include the relevant URL, screenshots if available, account information if known, and a short explanation of why you believe the content is violating this policy.

4. Review and Enforcement

We may review reports using automated systems, human review, or both. When we determine that content or activity violates this AUP or applicable law, we may:

• Remove or block the content.
• Limit visibility or access to the content.
• Revoke generated outputs or related features.
• Issue warnings, restrict accounts, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts.
• Preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities when required.

We may prioritize urgent reports involving CSAM, threats, fraud, or other serious safety risks. If content was removed in error, we may restore it or reverse enforcement at our discretion after review.

5. Responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and instructions you provide, and you may not attempt to evade moderation, safety filters, or enforcement actions.
